How would you like a little more time in your life?

October is Time month on seanorford.com. A chance to get your world together so that you can do all that you desire.

Time waits for no-one

Isn’t it funny how, when we are waiting for something to happen, time seems to elongate out and things take forever to arrive or to happen.  Yet when we look back, time seems to have simply flown by.  Many clients often tell that they cannot do what they need to because they do not have the time.  Now I know that this is usually never the case, because time changes depending on how we deal with it.

But we have used our time well last month

What a month was September!
In September, so much has happened.  Of course, there has been the detox, which has been so good, I have decided to do it again this week, another Ten Steps Programme started on Wirral, and I did the IPP conference at Alton Towers.

Free audio session
You can listen to the audio of the Alton Towers IPP conference by going to the free gifts section on the site, but, most importantly...

The shop is now open!

It has taken a while, but we are now there and apart from the other great products available in the shop, I am really proud to have my first eBook.

My next step is to offer all the books as audio as well, so you can have some ‘Sean in your ear’.  All future books will now be available in paper, eBook and audio.

Ok, so everyone knew I was a hippy, but not everyone knows I was a working musician.  Aftermath is an album I recorded back along and it has a good seventies feel to it; it is the first of several recordings from the past that will appear on the site for you to enjoy, plus I am working on some new material as we speak.  There is conversion work going on to create a studio and then I can get on with the books, songs, meditation and music.

This recording, ‘Relax and let go’, is the original analogue recording.  I will, at some point, create a digital update as an additional track, but I will leave the recording as it is because the overwhelming feedback is just how effective it is.  It has been used by literally thousands of people to both relax and to recreate a sleep pattern.

Of course, all the books are still available as paper copies and, for a limited period, if you like, I will sign them for you and if they are gifts, you can have a dedication.

Look out for new product of the month

Each month, there will be new products, so keep dropping by to see what is on offer, and if there are things that you feel should be on sale, let me know and I will endeavour to make the shop as useful as possible.

Looking at the month of October ...

Bebington, Thursdays
The Tens Steps Programme is on Thursday evenings in Highcroft, Bebington.  And I will shortly be beginning the list for the next course when this one draws to a close. Check the courses page for details and dates.  Either book your place now with a small deposit or direct those that you know would benefit from the course to the website.

Early plenary sessions for course members who would like to do some interactive workshops: I will be there from 6pm for an open session before the course starting at 6.30.

Creative writing by Pat Millin is running at the other end of the building on a Thursday evening.  This is ideal for all of you seeking to use the Mind Bank and the website to market your own writings and products.

Healing, Reiki, massage, and Reflexology are also available from Agnes Noble and Dafydd Lewis.  If you would like their contact details, send me an email.  Their details and those of other therapists in tune with the Ten Steps philosophy will shortly be on the ‘Find a therapist’ page on the site.

Ten Steps in Wrexham
We have an exciting development in Wales.  As of January 2010, we will also be running the Ten Steps Programme at Glyndŵr University.  This was previously known as NEWI.

Glyndŵr University is the youngest university in Wales – a new educational institution that champions the spirit of enterprise and an outward-facing philosophy. This heralds an exciting new era for Wrexham, Wales, the borderlands and the academic world.

Wrexham Open Day, Tuesday 17th November 5.30-8.30pm

To get the Wrexham courses up and running, we will be holding an open day at Glyndŵr on Tuesday 17th November 5.30 to 8.30pm, when we will be signing people up for the January course.  So, we would like your support.  It would be great to see you there but, more importantly, who can you send or bring along that you know would benefit from the course?

Directions to Glyndŵr University
Travel by road:
Exit Junction 15 off the M56 where it joins the M53 to Chester/Wrexham.
From the M53, continue along the A55, and take the exit signposted A483 Wrexham.
Glyndŵr University is located off Junction 5 of the A483 signposted Wrexham/Mold.

All in all, things are really beginning to happen.

Sean on the Radio
I will be live on Cheshire FM 92.5 the Peter Rosenfield show between 8.00 – 10.00pm on Sunday 1st November.

Keep your eye on the website as it changes on a daily basis. If you have completed the Ten Steps Programme and feel that you would like to do some more work to increase your understanding of your self and others, details of my course in self-discovery will be on the site this month, it could be just what you are looking for.

Take care.
