And a Happy New Year - Well, how was it for you?
Remember this, all that was has now passed, it will never come back and there is nothing that you can do to change what has been. There may be things that you need to let go of, to forgive others for, or to seek forgiveness for things that you have done. For all the Ten Steppers, you will realise that often this is, of necessity, an internal process as others may not be ready or willing to address their issues, but you can deal with yours, just let it all go and move forward to your new beginnings.
So a New Year and new beginnings and that is exactly what we have lined up on the site.
DETOX
To get you going, check out the mini detox in the “Talk to Sean” blog on Wednesday 8th January. Clean your body system, get your mind system in line and get on with your tasks and live your dreams.

I LOVE THIS WORLD
Now, this is the big one. I was about to record a new song. I was writing it and playing with ideas when someone suggested that I ask you to write it instead. Wow, how cool would that be, a song written between us?
So, here goes...
(It has a mild reggae feel to it)
Title: Talking ’bout love
Verse one: I love this world, don’t want to lose it
People with power, seem to abuse it
Building bombs, missiles to cruise it
Preaching hate, oh how they are deluded
Chorus: We gotta learn to love now, so we can love again
Or we can say goodbye to the world that we’re living in
Try not to hate, go love your fellow man
If you and I can make it right, then everybody can
You know I’m talking ’bout love
I want your lyrics, ideas, comments, criticisms and all. Send them in to sean@seanorford.com.
If I can get Rie to hold the Flip long enough without laughing, I’ll upload a live version to the site and facebook. If you want to play it, it is a simple three chord trick: C, F and G with the capo on the second fret (D, G, A).
If you don’t write songs (before this of course), they are usually composed of verses and choruses with a bit in the middle that sounds different, called the middle eight, then it goes back to the main theme.
Flip your clips and attach and send them and we can get them up on site.
I was interviewed on 7waves radio on the 4th January and if you missed it Ed will be putting it up on the site very soon.
Interesting weather this week and I’m interested on your views, thoughts etc did you get to work? Did you think yeah I’m staying off? For all the school teachers I know some thought yippee and others thought oh no. Email me at sean@seanorford.com
Have a fabulous January and hopefully the thawing will commence.
