Mindbank Review
Saturday 12th December 2009
Love it, love it, love it
I have been thinking since yesterday’s Mind Bank and I have come to the conclusion that the feeling generated by shared yoga, meditation and breaking of bread is a replay of my monastic paradigm from my time living in communities. I just love it. There is something wonderful when a group of people come together positively because, at that time, all the positive energy of the universe is focussed on a point and is there for all to use; wonderful.
In the networking part, we looked at the idea of giving and what it is that we give, or have to give, both at this time of giving, coming up to Christmas, but also as an ongoing aspect of life. Everyone came at the issue from different directions, but the bottom line for everyone was that the real thing that they have to give is themself. It is their love, their positive energy, their vision, knowledge, experience or whatever; when shared with love, it is the force and the energy that changes lives, heals hurts and creates a positive world. These are issues that I will take up on the next blog.
So, see you at the next Mind Bank in January on Saturday 9th 8.30 for 9am. I will be doing a New Year detox at the time, having over-indulged at Christmas and New Year; I will post the week’s detox diet on the site if you would like to join me.
Take care.
